1. Withdrawal Policy

Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have the right to withdraw from a contract for our services within 14 days without providing any reason.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notification. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• we have fully provided the service and only began execution after you expressly agreed that we could start before the withdrawal period ended.
• you have commissioned us to provide services tailored specifically to your needs (e.g., customized marketing strategies or advertising campaigns) that cannot be undone.
